Shipping policy
We at Sydneywears know how important it is to get your orders to you fast and in top shape. We take great care to package and send your order properly because of this. You can be confident that we are making every effort to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please take into consideration any holidays that can affect shipping times.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Transit Times & Locations
We currently ship to Australia. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- AU: 5-8 business days
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same business day.
AU Standard Delivery
We offer free standard delivery across AU.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@sydneywears.com with your name and order number.
Order Issues & Lost Packages
- If you experience any issues with your order, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our support team at info@sydneywears.com.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local carrier before reaching out to us.
